PROJECT OVERVIEW
A commerce platform engineered for wellness retail—not a conventional off-the-shelf storefront.
CoderLyft designed and developed VedaVaya as a custom ecommerce ecosystem built around the requirements of a growing wellness and lifestyle brand.
Rather than relying on a conventional off-the-shelf storefront, the platform was structured to connect the complete customer and operational journey—from product discovery and bilingual shopping to customer accounts, orders, inventory, subscriptions, rewards, support, marketing, reporting and administrative control.
The result is a modular commerce foundation designed to support VedaVaya's current operations while providing the architecture required for future products, services, automation and AI-assisted commerce.
THE CHALLENGE
VedaVaya required more than a standard ecommerce storefront.
The platform needed to deliver a simple shopping experience to customers while supporting considerably more complex operations behind the scenes—and avoid becoming dependent on a limited catalogue structure or rigid page-by-page implementation.
-
A customer experience that remains simple
Customers should discover products, manage accounts, place and track orders, maintain addresses, access rewards, manage subscriptions, submit reviews and contact support through a consistent interface—without feeling underlying platform complexity.
Customers -
Strong operational control
The VedaVaya team needed a centralized Admin Dashboard instead of depending on developers for everyday ecommerce operations across products, orders, inventory, promotions, subscriptions and support.
Operations -
Architecture for future growth
The system needed to accommodate new products, collections, customer programs, languages, payment methods, shipping configurations, subscriptions, campaigns, AI capabilities and future API or mobile experiences without rebuilding the core platform.
