These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, applicants, and other users of the Site. Separate written agreements govern paid services, statements of work, and project delivery.

The Site is operated by CoderLyft Technology Solutions LLP ("CoderLyft", "we", "us", or "our"). References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or entity accessing the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes, including learning about our services, contacting our team, applying for roles, and reading published insights.

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content in violation of these terms, interfering with site performance, or using the Site for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, software, and downloadable materials—is owned by CoderLyft or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoderLyft from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms of Use, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if necessary to protect the Site, our users, or our business. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable to CoderLyft Technology Solutions LLP, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes arising from these terms or use of the Site, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
