What you’ll work on
- Understand business processes and identify suitable automation opportunities.
- Build workflows connecting CRM systems, websites, communication tools, and third-party services.
- Integrate AI APIs into practical business applications.
- Implement API connections, webhooks, authentication, and data transformations.
- Add validation, error handling, logging, and human review where appropriate.
- Test, document, monitor, and maintain deployed automations.
- Handle credentials and customer information securely.
Relevant skills
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
